Submit Enrollment Forms in one of the following ways:

• Mail to Ann Arbor Elementary School, 2796 Packard St., Ann Arbor, MI 48108-3257
• Email csalinas@misda.org.
• Drop off in person at the school during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
